loose the mid section

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

gym and yoga...2-4 hrs a week....need to increase targeted exercise, ie not just cardio (see question answer above)

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)

Athlete! not even a beginner. someone trying to get fit yes
