Run a marathon and start cycling

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

Running about 3-4 times a week, yoga 1 time/week, circuit training about 2 times a week.

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)



I love running and working out. I do this as a stress reliever from work and school, at the same time it helps me focus on those things more.
