"Anne Frank: A History for Today" and "Whoever Saves a Single Life ... Rescuers During the Holocaust," will be at the EVJCCr on the southwestern corner of Alma School and Ray roads in Chandler. There is no cost to attend.
The Anne Frank exhibit uses the story of the teenager who was forced into hiding with her family in the Netherlands during World War II to look at themes of prejudice and discrimination from a historical and modern perspective.
The Jewish Foundation for the Righteous, an organization that provides support and preserves the history of more than 800 non-Jewish people who rescued Jews during the Holocaust, put together the second exhibit. "Whoever Saves a Single Life" tells the stories of those people.
Please note: you MUST rsvp to attend.
