This is a community for people who prefer an active lifestyle over a passive one.  Instead of just watching things happen, we get out there, get involved, and help make things happen.

I started this group to bring people together who proactively live life.  Extroversion isn't required, though an open mind toward free time activities is certainly encouraged.  Whether you join to meet new people, explore new hobbies, get exercise, gain more energy, or just avoid boredom, you've got a place here!

Meetups will include beach volleyball, grass volleyball, soccer, kickball, ultimate frisbee, disc golf, rollerblading, biking, running, walking, racquetball, tennis, golf, top golf, putt-putt, batting cages, kayaking, rock climbing, bowling, and movies.  Winter limits opportunities for staying active so there will be more indoor activities during cooler weather.

The group based out of Las Colinas because it is central to the DFW population distribution.  Members are welcome from Mesquite to Weatherford and from Waxahachie to Frisco to Denton.  Events will be held throughout the metroplex, with most happening between Uptown, Arlinton, Grapevine, and Plano.

There are no member dues, though donations are accepted to cover the cost of running the group (over $200/year in Meetup.com fees alone).
