We invite you to enjoy 3 unique OSHO Active Meditations, participating with totality in each meditation offered from morning to before lunchtime.
Eat light food and drink lots of fluids.

We begin with OSHO Dynamic Meditation which is recommended to be done early morning. Down through the ages, the early morning, when the earth is awakening and the trees are awakening and the birds are awakening and the sun is awakening, when the whole atmosphere is full of awakening...you can use this situation. You can ride on this tide of awakening and you can enter into your own being, awake, alert, aware.
Followed by a passive, 1 hour soft technique to relax the conscious mind deeply and create inner peace and relaxation. We finish the morning with another 1 hour technique, connecting with our centers of energy with a Chakra meditation

7:30-8:30 (Specifically designed for the early morning as the earth is waking up, you also open up to the freshness of the day, an energizing technique.)
Breakfast (teas provided, bring a light breakfast)
OSHO Devavani Meditation
9:15-10:15 (Becoming an empty vessel for the divine to flow through)
OSHO Chakra Meditation
10:45-11:45 (Bringing awareness and balance to the chakra centers. With a meditation exploration technique through the chakras.)
