A 1 hour active meditation technique best done in the late afternoon/early evening, very rejuvenating.
1st stage: Standing loose and relaxed, begin shaking, allowing the shaking. Let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Feel it coming, and when your body starts a little trembling, Enjoy it, feel blissful about it, allow it, receive it.
2nd stage: dancing, anyway your body wishes to move with the music
3rd stage: sitting or standing being still. observing, witnessing what is happening inside and outside.
4th stage: Lying down, still in silence.
