I just moved to Nashville to be closer to my family. I have an 6yo granddaughter that I enjoy so much. We love to hike and just do things together.

As long as your dog can walk 3 mph (a 20 minute mile) I need to walk at about that rate or faster to get my heart rate up. But I love dogs :-)
