Hi Liz! Although I haven't been able to attend a walk yet (my first one will be Cabrillo this weekend, I just wanted to thank you for all of your hard work and great communication. At the moment my work schedule mirrors most of these walks, MWF, but I am looking forward to being a regular at the once a month weekend walks.

Sorry I missed you tonight for the walk! I was 2 min late (that traffic is really bad!) and I can't believe you would have gotten that far away. I check several directions and didn't see anything. Thank you for asking, Well a week ago my dad had a heart attack, so we are just in and out of the hospital. he is doing better, but also Elle has changed the schedule , so its hard for me to make it from Del Mar to her place. I want to go back but wednesdays at 5:30 is too little time for me to make it i get off at 5:00. Im not going out of town if carlos goes out of town i will come to your BBq better than alone at home. My kids dad is in town they will be with him. How have you been?

I know how you feel. I've been dealing with my sinuses for the last week and it has not gotten any better. Get better & see u next month. I'll be "out-back" for two wks.
