Let's shake, rattle and roll at Sherwood High School's Rock n Roll Revival #42, on Saturday, March 9 at 7:30 pm. Featuring music from the 50's through the '80's, this is an awesome show, replete with dazzling choreography, sets and costumes. Tickets go on sale this Friday, Feb. 1 at 2:30pm. The annual show (since 1971!) is always a sell-out, so please buy your ticket asap (the online order info is below). Tickets are $10 or $20, depending on seat location. We can meet for dinner at 5:00pm at El Andariego, 5 Olney-Sandy Spring Road, just down the road from the high school. When you rsvp, post your seat number and whether you'll do dinner. Dinner at 5:00pm, show starts at 7:30 pm. There is a 40-person limit for dinner. FYI, For those dependent on GPS's, the El Andariego restaurant is an Ashton, Md address. School is a Sandy Spring address, even though just a couple blocks away.

Dinner Update: We'll be meeting at El Andariego at 5 pm for dinner (address above). Dinner will be a choice of 6-7 entrees and unlimited soda/juice/coffee/tea for $20 including tax and tip. Cash bar for alcoholic drinks. This will ensure that we finish by 7pm. Parking will be crazy at the high school. If anybody wants to meet me at the school at 4:45pm, you can park your car and catch a ride to the restaurant in my minivan. If your plans have changed, please update your rsvp so the waiting list people can attend. Thanks.

Another The Winery update: it is located in the Harris Teeter shopping center, just past Georgia Avenue on 108 (heading to Sherwood.) You can arrive any time before 10 PM, but they are hosting this Meet Up group as a private party from 10 PM-midnight. 50s music will be playing, and yes, dancing is encouraged! Have fun!
