Are you comfortable hiking/walking about 5 miles in 2-3 hours?

Maybe not the first couple of times, but I'm sure I could catch up pretty fast.

Please list activities you often have in a week? how often?

I haven't hiked regularly for a long time, but I do work out at the gym 2 to 3 times a week, and consider myself a fit person. The last time I hiked was in Dec. '09 at Peters Cyn. I am interested in local weekend day hikes.

Are you a student or a parent? If a student, what grade are you in? Are you in college? How many units in a quarter/semester are you taking? (req 12 at least)

I had one yr. of Hatha yoga training in my twenties, and I still do 5 - 10 minutes yoga streching on a daily basis. I would love to get back to doing yoga regularly.

If you join this group, what day and time in a week and where do you prefer to have a gathering?

Some times I can join you on weekends or Thursdays during the day before 3 pm. I would prefer doing it indoors.


I like doing local day hikes and also take advantage of the yoga activities.
