I believe I can work my way up to the 5 mile hike.
I used to hike while backpacking in Australia and Fiji but I have not hiked in 2 years so a little out of shape. I'd like to get back into it. I would like to hike once a week for a couple hour to work my way up to the 6 mile hike. Prefer weekends.
I like Ashtanga yoga.
I prefer hiking on the weekends Saturday or Sunday mornings easy trails Peters Canyon.
I would like to join this group for exercise and health purposes. I am very green to yoga and hiking but I'd like to work my way up to the 6 mile hike. Looking forward to hearing from you.
If you are a newbie to meditation this class is for you. Great way to de-stress. If you love yoga with a fantastic instructor you should also take the yoga class. He is great at showing you the best posture and correcting you in a nice way. I really enjoyed it and am definitely planning to attend again. The hikes are also fantastic. Great scenery. Fun loving people.
