This meet up is about socializing while enjoying cuisine from around the world. Each month I plan a menu around a cuisine, members sign up for a menu item  and we have a sit down meal at someone's home. During the summer we will have a couple of out door parties. 

For the montly dinner, Each person should research the cuisine and pick a coarse to share with the group. We want to avoid over lapping of dishes and we want to avoid having too much food so keep the portions small! As the hostess I will always do an entree and we can have additional entrees depending on the selection for that country. Use your research as a time to explore the culinary pallet of the country chosen for the month and enjoy the experience of preparing.
