Vote on new Actors Helping Actors General Policy

I would like to introduce this new policy and post it at the top of the already existing policy under “Pages” of this meetup. Because of a recent posting, I believe it is important to make this policy plain and public sooner than later. So rather than wait for the next general meeting and introducing it there, I’ve created this poll.
