I was at CLIPSAL 500, while working casual, which ended a lot later in the morning than I had expected. I had intended to write down my apology, but the meet-up site wasn't working. I'm sorry about my late information. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoyed Dan's process of regaining his lost future. Departing from and returning to oneself. A sort of process of overcoming self-alienation. When could we be comfortably just be ourselves?

Hello Karlos, "Comfortably just be ourselves" is a state of mind - some of us find it early in life and some of us have to wait a while - all I can tell you is that it feels good! Anne :-)

Yes, Ann, it must feel good to be able to comfortably be just myself without any coercion or pretension to be another being, which I am sure is one of those gifts Australia has given to me. Thank you, Ann.

Havent read this book but am new to the group and to this great state so am looking forward to meeting you all on sunday. I am currently reading Kylie Chan's Dark Heaven series and I am loving it. Cant wait to hear all your suggestions on books that are worth a read. :-)

I can't make Barracuda. However, the library finally lent me a copy of The Rosie Project. Thankyou to whoever suggested this book. A fantastic read to pick me up after For Whom the Bell Tolls.

This book is better than anticipated. I am almost enjoying it or maybe it is just relief after Hemmingway!
