Introduction

Hi, my name is Edie and my husband and I have several grown children who have left the nest, and now we are raising our 2 youngest children, who we have adopted. We recently moved to Black Forest.

Tell us a little bit about you!

I have 2 children living at home: Hezekiah who just turned 4, and Esther, who is 2 1/2 years old.

Tell us about your children and any adoption details you would like to share! Or, if you are in the waiting process, feel free to share about that too!

We have adopted 2 children from El Paso County: Hezekiah, and Esther. They are biological half siblings who were in our home as foster children before they became adoptable.

Any play date ideas?

They love being outside and playing with other kids. They also both love watching tv, but I try hard to limit that.

Did you get a sample bag of pre-made soaps? I had a few left over. Glad your soap looks great. I'm going to practice swirling colors so I teach a swirl class, a laundry soap class and...I think of something else.

Hello, is your soap setting up? Did it go through the gel stage? After 4 weeks perform a "very scientific test" to see if it is ready to use. Touch a bar of soap to the tip of your tongue. If you get a "lye bite" it still needs to cure longer. Laura, soap meister. ”
