    As I recall it is based on making sure you write down *every single thing* that needs to be done, big or small, so you neither have to trust nor burden your brain with "Oh, I'm sure I'll remember to do that." Then he talks about a detailed system for prioritizing and for breaking tasks into actionable steps. Victor talked about this last month -- for example, "find a job" is too big and vague; it needs to be broken down into "write a resume", "get on LinkedIn", "research the companies I have interviews at", stuff like that.

      Got it. This is exactly what I do with my coach btw. I've found that technique very good. It gives me a clearer picture of what I'm going to do throughout the day. I even include bkfst and shower in it! This way I have a much better time management bc, YES, taking a shower eats our precious time! ;)
