For many years, I have led a popular Adult ADHD group in Palo Alto. Through that, I've learned that many people in surrounding areas also need such a group.

Throughout 13 years of nationally advocating for greater Adult ADHD awareness and treatment standards, I've gained a broad and detailed body of knowledge about ADHD challenges and treatment strategies.

As the author of a bestselling book on Adult ADHD (Is It You. Me, or Adult A.D.D.?) and international speaker on the topic who has no third-party sponsorship, I'm known for my integrity, credibility, passion, and sense of humor in sharing my hard-earned knowledge with you.

I plan to bring evidence-based knowledge, lead informed and inclusive discussions, and ensure compassionate support to this group. We'll have plenty of laughs, too.
