What is the agenda for this meeting on 5/30? Is it just intern recruiting?

Does anyone know of a Wordpress plugin for a "Terms Of Service" button and/or a "privacy statement" button at the bottom of my Wordpress pages? The TOS one found in the search does not inspire confidence. Could not find anything when I searched on "footnotes". HELP!

What does it need to do? Why not just edit the footer.php manually for something as basic as a button. Likely why there isnt a plugin for it, its an easy manual add. Or use a text widget in your footer, and add the html there for a button.
