I am a avid cyclist & addicted to exercise LOL. I am such a cycling enthusiast that I work at a bike shop part time. I run or jog when my legs let me. I like to keep healthly & practice good nutrition.
Lift weights, Run/Jog, Cycling; group rides, leisure rides, century rides (25, 35, 50, 62.5, 75, or 100 miles), some moutain biking, road racing, and cyclocross racing. Some Yoga. Some cross country sking.
