The end of the Snow for 2013 (Friday bank holiday) - La Molina

Hi Everybody!!!! Beginners welcome for this event!

This are the last snow events. After this. this will be too late to enjoy the snow as sunnier days are coming.

This friday (bank holiday) 29/03/2013 we are going to La Molina for skiing the whole day.

The tariff is 44 EUR per person, this includes:
- The Train Return
- The Bus Return from Molina Station to the Ski Resort
- Ski pass
- The Insurance

Not included: the equipment (snow or ski) less than 30 EUR

+ The meetup participation 1 EUR

We meets in Sant Estació at 6:50 am directly on the departure platform (I guess it should be the platform 8)
The Train (R3) set out at 7:00. Am I will be easily recognisable with a green fluorescent top.

The train ticket has to be bought the same day of the departure, so I recommend you arrive at 6:20 am at the Station and buy it at the counter (Ventanas) as there is always a lot of people queuing.
If you buy it from the Renfe/Rodalies Machine; select from the first window: “Productes combinats” and then “SkiTren Molina”
It is absolutely impossible to buy the ski pass in the train!!!

Hope to meet lots of you soon
Go to bed early on previous night to enjoy the full day :)
You can also bring your picknick.

PS: everybody travel under its own responsibility, however the forfait includes an insurance policy

Hi, I'm visiting for the weekend and would like to join. I'm a novice, will I be able to hire jacket\trousers and English speaking snowboarding tuition on the day? PS: is there definitely still snow in La Molina?

Hi Faisel. Indeed as per the previous email, you can rent equipment when arriving on place. You need to have your own trouser, gloves, hat, jacket...
Not sure I understood about what you meant about the tuition on your last email. But just no worries for the equipment rent, there are more than 6 shops on place :)
