Come out and run at the 1 mile loop at Swift Cantrell Park with an encouraging group.
Training: You can always run at your own pace, but if anyone would like to improve mileage times it is "Speedwork" and there are some drills we can do individually or as a group to make getting faster more fun depending on the number of people who come out.
We'll meet at the picnic table near to the north bathrooms. Hope to see you there.
I think most of the group are tapering for the big race weekend but guys this is a perfect opportunity to get in a few quick miles and wake those legs up!
