I have an amazing spot I love to go about 3hrs north of the city. It is an isolated lake in the mountains. We camp on a peninsula, only accessible by boat, drink fresh water from the spring at the lake, and windsurf, sail and kayak. I even have a wood fired hot tub I put right on the water! It is all the benefits of wilderness camping combined with the comforts of home. I have a houseboat to get us there, and it has a kitchen. I also set up an outdoor kitchen. $50 per day covers meals and gas/ etc per person. I have all camping gear as well if needed. I am wanting to plan a trip this August.
