Welcome, Theresa! Thanks for joining The Journal Workshop. I will be scheduling a new series of classes in January, including a half-day Intro class that provides a great introduction to techniques. I've also had several requests from others who, like you, want to explore ways to "harvest" our past journals -- a great idea, I think. So please keep us on your radar.
