Our instructor, Adiba Twigg, has a deep respect for the body’s natural abilities to heal. Born in Cairo, Egypt, Adiba grew up with dance as part of her culture and way of life. She has combined her love for dance, yoga, natural wellness, and having fun into a routine that will get you moving to the beat of Egyptian and Middle Eastern music. You will experience an incredible amount of positive energy in any of her classes.
