La Flor de Michoacan handcrafts their ice cream daily. On any given day, you can find well over two dozen unusual flavors like pine nut, chongos (sweet curd from Michoacan), rum raisin, mamey and soursop. They have two daily nieve de pasta ice cream flavors to choose from. Nieve de pasta is a big deal in Michoacan made from 100 year old recipe, labor intensive and has a distinct texture and flavor all its own.
