Titanic Dog: grilled hot dog with grilled red pepper, bell pepper, onion, guacamole, nacho cheese on a fresh baked hot dog bun. There's also a red picante sauce that sneaks up on you every once in a while. This is a relatively new invention by the youth of Mexico on the streets. They'll take a hot dog and just dress it to the nines - sometimes with bacon, sometimes like this. There's another one available at La Flor called the Chupale Pichon which chili fans will dig.
