This full day of adventure will take place in a spectacular gorge known as Devil?s Kitchen in the Catskill Mountains, 2.5 hours from Long Island. We?ll hike, scramble and rappel alongside ragging streams and five cascading waterfalls, some that are over 100 feet high. After dropping 1,500 feet over two miles and taking a dip in one of the cool natural pools, we?ll begin our ascent out over class 3 and 4 terrain. Due to the exposure in the ravine, you will be tethered on a line at times for extra protection. Our certified canyoneering guides will provide all the necessary gear and instruction, so no prior experience is necessary. Participants should be in good physical condition, be ready to hike up and down steep slopes and come prepared to have an amazing experience that one might expect to travel halfway around the globe for.

The cost includes round trip transportation from Little Neck Plaza on the west bound service road (Horace Harding Expressway) one block west of Little Neck Parkway LIE exit 32. Both Panera Bread and Slim's Bagels will be open for you to pick up breakfast &/or lunch and to make a last bathroom stop before heading out. Plan on returning with lots of fabulous memories by 9pm.
