To gather together all of those who grew up with ADD but never knew it had a name. To discuss ADD/HD-related problems and become a support group for others who suffer from this malady but feel they are too old to do anything about it. It is never too late to heal. The group also welcomes friends and family members of those affected by ADD/ADHD.  We plan to get together in a social atmosphere on a monthly basis to interact and "compare notes". Professionals in the field of ADD/HD will be invited to address each gathering, providing suggestions for improvement and answering questions from the attendees. Gatherings are held at Bon Air Presbyterian Church on the third Tuesday of each and every month.  Special social events are also scheduled throughout the year. Let's get together for a better future for all of us.

"Hi, I'm Tracy. I'm a single mom on disability from work due to fibromyalgia. Part of that is lack of concentration and focus that keeps me from implementing my ideas. This has the advantage of getting out of the house and um, what was I saying?"
