What we’re about

We're a community for those who have ADHD (all three types: Inattentive type ADHD (formerly known as ADD), Hyperactive and impulsive type ADHD, and Combined type ADHD). Whether you grew up knowing or have just been diagnosed, you'll find us to be a welcoming and supportive group. Our members come from all walks of life. We hold monthly meetings to discuss all things ADD/ADHD. Our meetings aim to help us meet other like-minded people, learn ways to better manage our ADD/ADHD, share stories and best practices, listen to guest speakers, and help create a brighter, more ADHD-friendly future. Friends and family of those with ADD/ADHD are welcome, including parents of ADD/ADHD children.

Be sure to keep an eye on the calendar for social events outside of our monthly meetings.

Monthly meetings are typically held at Richmond's First Baptist Church on Monument Ave, on the third Tuesday of every month.
