AiH Shakespearean Summer: Julius Caesar

Join us this summer for five Shakespearean plays and picnics! We will meet before each play for a little picnic (bring your own or extra for others) near the stage and to chat.  Come anytime during the picnic! Afterwards we will sit together to watch some amazing plays by The Bard!  Each play & picnic event's details will be different (time, cost, etc), so check the particular event page for which play you want to see with us.

Shakespeare's heart pounding political thriller portrays one of the most famous assassination conspiracies in history. FTE sets this ancient tale in modern times with men and women senators, exploring the universal themes of honor, ambition, patriotism, and betrayal. Join us, and remember: "Beware the Ides of March!"

***There will be a huge stage & bleachers set up in the corner of the park.  We will be picnicking at the tables to the left of the stage (if facing it).  Look for the red/white/black balloons.  


Please bring something for yourself and/or something small (enough for 2-3) to share with our group.  I will have paper plates & bowls, napkins, cups, and silverware.  If you wish to bring something to share (not required), please leave a comment with what it will be so we prevent any duplicates.

$23.76 Adult - General (includes $1.76 service fee)

$16.52 Child/Senior - General (includes $1.52 service fee)

Parking is free around perimeter of park.

Kid Friendly: Yes!  *  Dog Friendly: No  *  Non-Smoking: Yes!  *  Wheelchair Accessible: Yes! 

*Dress in layers; it gets chilly there in the evening.  There is often an intermission, and last year they served free coffee and Nothing Bundt Cakes!  

Cash donations to the performing theater company/festival, are often asked for at the end. Please consider bringing at least a few extra dollars to donate to keep this wonderful cultural experience alive in our area!
