Supper Club: Caribbean- $1

From Trinidad and Tobago in the south (including Guyana in mainland South America) to Jamaica in the north, make your way up the island chain. The theme of this dinner is a nod to islanders.

Please bring a pre-made dish to share according to the theme. Everyone should be prepared to talk about their dish and inspirations, then we'll spend plenty of time eating.

Sweet or savory, be authentic & homemade.  Please post what you're bringing to avoid duplicates and keep things diverse!

A $1 donation is requested to help cover the cost of cutlery, plates, cups, napkins ect.
