Hi Guys! Let's hike the Sycamore Trail which is 7.5 miles, blazed with blue triangles, rocky and rooty. You can wear a weighted backpack to add strength training to this cardio workout if you choose. Plan to move steadily at a pace of at least 3 mph. This is a rather fast paced hike and not suitable for beginners. Please be on time, because we will not be waiting for late comers. If you have to be late, you can probably catch up if you move fast. There is a 2 mile straight section before the trail turns into a loop.
