How to cook simple foods in better ways

I am allergic to Soy Protein, Soy Flour, and Peanuts. I try to use the best ingredients.

What is your favorite food, ingredient, dish, or cuisine?

It varies by my mood, but I feel that pasta and fried veggies with alfredo sauce are always a hit.

novice to basic. Ive worked in a kitchen but never as much more than a dishwasher and at one point an assistant chef.
