New recapies and new techniques

No food allergies that I have encountered yet.

What is your favorite food, ingredient, dish, or cuisine?

Bacon, lettuce, tomatoe, sharp cheese, buttered toasted sandwich. Not good for you , but tastes great.

I would guess Intermediate to be on the safe side.

I enjoy cooking at home and trying new recipes. Sometimes from scratch and sometimes semi home made.
