Season Night Hike - Wildlife Sanctuary @ Heard Museum - Dinner Afterwards

If you're looking for an evening outside staring at the stars, walking through the meadow, thickness of trees, and around ponds, then come hike with me along with a Heard Museum tour guide, Friday @ 7pm sharp. I did this back in April and it was great to be around other nature enthusiasts. We didn't get to see during the first half of the tour any noticeable wildlife (though we did hear in the distance), we got to see an some pretty amazing rescued animals such as capybaras, fox, and even a very rare and precious albino raccoon. :) You may even get to see some pretty large dinosaurs!!!

Although this hike is great for all children of all ages, it's best to leave the little ones at home. 13 yrs and older are welcome. :)

All night hikes depart from the main building. Closed toed shoes, long pants, jacket (dependent on weather) and bug spray are recommended. Bring a flashlight with a red lens on it to protect your night vision while looking for nocturnal animals! Participants will be outdoors for at least an hour.

You can purchase your tickets here and it is required!$12 for museum members, $14 for non-members. Remember this is a guided tour, so the money is going to those that do work there.

*******MAKE SURE TO ONLY PURCHASE THE NIGHT HIKE ADMISSION TICKET**** You are welcome to purchase the ticket for both the movie and the hike, but I will not arrive earlier for the movie they will be showing.

Afterwards we can head down the street from the museum to Fuzzy's Tacos for a late dinner and drinks.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
