I saw you are a member of the Italian Language Meet-up in Dallas, as am I, but I rarely attend their meetings because they are far away for me. I am also from the NY area and have been trying to learn Italian for several years on my own. I discovered another meet up group in Allen called Italovers. They meet once a month at a restaurant in Allen and talk informally in Italian (or English if you don't know Italian) and have several native speakers there. You should join us.

There is not a singular type of music planned.. I will meet the DJ on Friday night. I don't know him.

Hi Joanne, the secret is to use fresh apples instead of canned. I juxt cut up about 8 fresh apples into slices in the square pan, and for the topping I used a Concord Foods apple crisp topping. This year, I'm going to try making my own gluten free topping!

So sorry about the mixup on dates Joanne. Many folks want to do this in the spring, so I'm sure we will be planning it for another time.

Joanne, I have emailed the Dallas Cowboys to find out when they need their check, but to be safe, if you can get it to me by this weekend, you should be fine. Glad to hear you are going to join us!!
