Regarding IEP Day on March 17th

SORRY _ SORRY _ SORRY-

I neglected to announce that the cost to attend IEP Day on March 17th is unfortuately $40.00 for both parents and professionals. IEP Day is run by the Involved Exceptional Parents group. You can check out their website and click on the Registration Packet to guarantee your spot. There is an option to apply for scholarships. To all of you who have RSVPed YES to this event as of February 22, 2010, I apologize for the late notice of the fee. This is more than a place to meet the local organizations that support the community of children with special needs. There are seminars and speakers. In addition, for those who are truly in need of full financial support...to attend this event, please send me an email. I will provide scholarship funds to the first two respondents. For all those who RSVPed yes..but are discouraged by the cost....let's meet on Sunday in Mission Valley and I will share all the information packets, that I collect, from the many vendors at the trade show.

This event is very well attended and past participants have said very positive things about their experiences. I hope you are still able to attend! I am certain you will learn something new that will support your efforts to improve the educational outcomes of your child.
