This is an open group for those who who have experienced a shift in consciousness and would like to meet with others.

Adyashanti is a contemporary teacher who provides clear guidance and teachings helpful in navigating the post-awakening experience. 

Though we primarily share the teachings of Adyashanti, because of his clear teaching style and the availability of his DVD's and audio recordings, we are not rigidly focused on him.  Group members are also interested in and  discuss and share the teachings of many others...Nisargadatta, Ramana Maharshi, Rupert Spira, Eckhart Tolle, Gangaji, Mukti, Byron Katie to name some of them.

We meet several times a month on Wednesday Evenings from 6pm- 10pm.  We watch a DVD that includes a talk by a teacher that usually includes question and answers with the audience.  After the DVD there is time for sharing with the group.
