This is an open group for those who are interested in the teachings of Adyashanti. Go to www.adyashanti.org to find out more about him. We meet on Monday night's to watch a DVD or listen to an audio recording by Adyashanti or his wife Mukti. 

Though we primarily share the teachings of Adyashanti, because of his clear teaching style and the availability of his DVD's and audio recordings, we are not rigidly focused on him.  Group members are also interested in and  discuss and share the teachings of many others...Nisargadatta, Ramana Maharshi, Eckhart Tolle, David Hawkins, Byron Katie to name some of them
