Aerial yoga combines traditional mat yoga with postures suspended in a soft, fabric sling a few feet off the ground. Lunges, warrior series, balancing poses, inversions will be introduced in this class. The benefits of the weightless poses: • strengthening the core

• stretching muscles

• inversions with no compression

• relaxation

No previous experience needed in yoga or aerials. Contraindications include glaucoma, high blood pressure, pregnant women and brain injuries sustained in the last year. Please wear form fitting clothing that covers the underarms & backs of knees.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
