If you like throwing frisbees, you'll love throwing an aerobie. An aerobie is a flat ring which is listed in the Guiness Book of Records as the furthest object ever thrown at 444 yards! That takes big time strength and wind factors. I can throw one about 150 yards. Almost anyone can throw one 80-100 yards. Even if you can't, you'll throw one at least twice as far as you've ever thrown a frisbee. You'll be engaged in the most amazing game of catch you've ever played. The flights are spectacular and the catches are thrilling because often, you have to run to catch an aerobie (If you want to catch it). I'll show you how to throw them. It's easy. We'll meet at a flat treeless field like Robb Field in Ocean Beach or any other large field in town. We'll spread out around the field's perimeter and throw a few aerobies at a time. So everyone gets involved. This is for people who like some running, throwing frisbees and who like watching things fly. It's a great and really fun workout. Because this is sunny San Diego, I work nights so we can meet up and throw during the day or Sundays.
