The Zen of Drawing - Three weeks at the Union Mini-Courses - Enroll now!

Description

It is shocking and surprising to discover how much your mind gets in the way of what is right in front of you. See for what this means first hand as we will use fun facts and pointers from neural science and the world of perception games. It takes active work to move aside your mental conditioning and emotional limitations in order to open your consciousness in lasting ways. We will show you how you can find an endless well of creativity for use in visual projects and ways of being and living that can radically enhance your experience of life.  You will create line variations, spatial depth, volume, composition, texture, light and shadow while using a range of subjects like flowers, fruit and nostalgic objects. Add supply cost. 3 Meetings. INSTRUCTOR: Jeremy Anacker, experienced instructor with a BFA from UW-Madison and private art school training

SUPPLY LIST: Please bring the following items to your first class:  *****  Bring 18"x24" white drawing pad, with 50 - 100 sheets, ebony pencil, pencil sharpener, and a kneaded eraser ******* You are also welcome to bring any additional supplies that you wish to work with. Hi Jeremy,
I'm trying to decide between this class and your intro class that starts in July. Both sound great! I do have some drawing and watercolor experience, but it's been a long time. Any additional info you can provide that would help me discern?
    Thanks,
    Jennifer

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
