Introduction

My name is Cheryl Smith.I live in East Texas and am trying really hard to find help from a person(s) with cob building experience!!My husband is a plumber and I,a massage therapist...willing2trade services4some HELP on our attempts to do a cob home.

Why do you think green building is important?

I don't want2keep spinning my wheels N an artiffical society that worships money&makes me a slave-lots2pay on mortgage,high electric bills,gas,water!!It keeps us from getting2spend much time being who we really are.I really am a happy,creative,simple person that wants 2 B a good steward of her time kind type girl.Living N a healthy green God given home(not the traditional lead paint,chemical fake material made,energy sucking naked N the winter wind no insulation-give all ur money&dreams2the"man"homes!!!),gardening healthy God given food(not the tainted food grocery stores sell),would allow me freedom from the system so I could do more of what I was made 2do..mission trips,parenting,etc.. Also when I "get there" I can help others escape this same corrupt,born of lies,man made system of slavery that keeps families locked down2a poor quality of living!!Families wouldBcloser&happier if they were sustained by God rather than the current antichrist(ohYesiDid) system.

Do you have any construction experience?

yes...texture on walls w/my hands...my husband can build and plumb but he doesn't feel comfortable doing a cob house w/out some experienced person overseeing us through it all.

What is your opinion on "green building" as it is commonly portrayed in the media?

i don't know-sorry. all i can say is it's probably portrayed with a little twist of the truth to keep the people in high power positions secure in their greed.in media i assume you mean the news.
