My goal is to make yoga (and now fitness) affordable for all those who wish to try it for the first time, or re-start their practice under the guidance of a fully qualified Yoga Alliance teachers and instructors, in the company of likeminded neighbours at a small fraction of the price.
I will aim to make yoga accessible to people not only financially, but also geographically, and emotionally.
Financially - All classes are €6.00 per person per 1 hour session and 10€ for 90min classes. class packages and monthly membership options are also available, which gave you even more savings on these already low prices. Extra donations are welcome on a goodwill basis but not required, and a portion of it will go to a charity helping homeless people in Paris. Geographically - There are classes planned to take place in different areas of Paris, aiming to make it accessible for people from most neighbourhoods at least once a week. Les cours ont lieu à plusieurs endroits à Paris pour ouvrir l'accès à plus de personnes.
Emotionally - Yoga has many benefits for the body and mind (such as increase in overall health, fat loss, stress reduction and improvement of the mood). Our classes are directed towards wellbeing, fitness and health aspect of yoga practice and we will not impose any spiritual aspects of yoga practice (or anything you are not comfortable with) during them, but I and other teachers will be available to share any of my knowledge and guidance on spiritual sides of yoga only to those who are interested and willing to know more outside of the class hours and be happy to host talks or meditations to smaller groups.
I would like more people to be able to experience all these wonderful benefits of regular yoga practice. And that is why I started this project: “Affordable Yoga in Paris”. I hope to see you at one of the classes and experience it for yourself!

Although muscle mass may appear to contribute to weight, it will actually aid in your overall health and weight loss plan, as having a bigger muscle mass will help you to burn more calories throughout the day. Muscles of those who participate in yoga are lighter than those who just do weightlifting.
