hi!! :) This is a very cool hiking group :) meet on Saturday mornings SUMMER TIME IS: 7:00 AM. (to by-pass the heat.. instead of the normal 7:30AM time)  no other days. Mostly Intermediate level- but beginners are welcome (alternate route) :) It is a 2- 2 1/2 hr. hike. There is a nice consistent show of people. good energy, nice hills, nice workout- GREAT start for a Saturday :)

Some minor things to note:

1)REGARDING NEW ORGANIZER-- As of Friday Oct. 7th, 2011--  I/Sylvia signed on to take over as group organizer from where Gary/just past organizer left off! He started with this group back in 2007 and recently felt like it was time to let the group go-- so I am giving it a whirl and doing what i can to keep it going. Susan & Connie are the other pieces of the pie :) they have been leading the hikes as of now-- i hope i can get back involved sometime soon--this group couldn't happen without them!

2) REGARDING RSVP's- These are important. I'd like to have an accurate count. keep it real, keep it simple. If you can't make it after checking off that you can- just UN-rsvp so we aren't expecting or waiting for you. good for safety reasons too. :)

3) EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW is likely written on the meet-up hike description- but I am always open to questions, suggestions, reminders etc.. regarding this group/hike etc. just email me.

4) I'VE GOT ANOTHER HIKING GROUP you are very welcome to join! has a little more variety of hikes, shorter but realllyyyyyy fun! :) :)
