CANCELED---TWT Workout

Lets work off the holiday pounds and get ready for summer!!

 

Summer is right around the corner and the layers must come off. So, let's get together and make it happen. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (TWT Workout), weekly 7pm to 8:30pm.

 

This will not only be a workout but we will share nutrition information, workout tips, etc. 

NO END DATE!!!

 

I would also like to encourage everyone to read "Eat to Live" this will help you understand that it's not a diet you should look for but a lifestyle to accomplish whatever your fitness goals/nutritional are.
