Alfred "Tup" Holmes Golf Course

Join us for 9 or 18 holes at the historic Alfred "Tup" Holmes Golf Course in Southwest Atlanta. Alfred "Tup" Holmes is a historical golf site with rolling hills and many elevation changes. The site of a Civil War battlefield, the course is named after the civil rights pioneer who paved the way to desegregating Atlanta’s public golf courses in the 1950s.

All skill levels are welcomed, but you MUST have clubs and have been on a golf course before. (Need golf lessons? Check out the PGA's Get Golf Ready Program for professional golf instruction at various locations).

18 hole tee time: 9:00 am

9 hole tee time: 11:00am

Please arrive early to pay greens fees and be paired for play.

All golfers must book their own tee times and pay the golf course directly.

Listed Greens Fees for 18 holes including a cart:

Regular $45.50, $40.00 for city of Atlanta residents

Seniors $29.50, $28.50 for city of Atlanta residents

***All tee times include a $1.50 Reservation Fee per person during entire day. A credit card is required for advance tee time reservations. Reservation times can be made 7 days in advance of date of play.

Had a great round of golf. A lot of folks RSVP'd "Yes", but didn't show up. Marked you all as "No Shows".

Course a little challenging. Without a driving range it took a while for me to settle down.

What a beautiful morning for golf! If you haven't been to the course before, it's at the corner of Delowe and Wilson. It's on the section of Delowe between Cascade Rd and Campbelton Rd.
