African American Heritage Adventures is designed to help our kids explore and enjoy learning African diaspora history and culture, beyond the Black History Month in February. As parents of color, we want our kids to embrace their heritage as well as love their hair, lips, nose, and skin tone—characteristics that are rarely celebrated or revered as beautiful.  

Whether you seek a sense of kinship, strength of community and shared experiences or are looking for opportunities to meet others parents for support and events to do with your kids, we would like to invite you to join us.
