The Kriya: This set will move your blood, lymph, and prana. It will activate your nervous center from navel to center, distributing energy for fearlessness and health.
The Meditation: It is especially useful for dealing with stressful relationships and with past family issues.

Wear light colored, loose fitting clothing and head covering, preferably white. There are some mats available. Bring water.

Mut Shat Shemsut is a lover of books. It was while reading Muata Ashby’s Egyptian Yoga The Philosophy of Enlightenment that she learned of Kundalini Yoga’s transformative power to enable true development of the higher self. After eight years of practice she began study with Krishna Kaur in Los Angeles, receiving her Level 1 certification in 2008. Level 2 certifications were acquired under lead trainer Gurucharan Singh Khalsa in Espanola, New Mexico and at Kundalini Yoga East in New York. She is a certified Y.O.G.A. for Youth teacher.
Mut Shat is also a Level 2 practitioner of Ra Sekhi Kemetic Reiki, studying with Master Teacher Rekhit Kajara Assata Nebthet in Oakland, California.
