Introduction
I'm new to the area and after completing an awesome Avon walk for BC in NYC -I'm looking to find a group of new warriors from the West! I saw an add in the magazine and paddling looks like fun and good exercise! Can't wait to meet everyone! Patti K.
Are you a cancer survivor or support crew?
I'm a BC survivor since fall of 2008.- Call me Patti (Patricia is my formal name and now I don't know how to change it back!)
If you are a cancer survivor, tell us about your journey (date of diagnosis, type of cancer, type of treatments, etc...)
I was diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer, ER +, ductal cell -no nodes. Went through lumpectomy, chose to be in a Phase III study to see what chemos work best for early stage BC. Rec'd 4 Txt of TAxol then proceeded with radiation txt.
